bciti+ is a digital platform available via the mobile application for smart phones and tablets or via your computer.

Access the bciti+ portal and discover its many services to make your life easier:

  •  Receive important notices and news from the City by email or text message
  • Make requests, ask questions or make comments and track the progress of your file online and in real time
  • Download the collection calendar
  • Take part in public consultations 
  • Consult the upcoming events
  • View our What's New feed, as well the opening hours of City services like City Hall, the Library, or Public Works, right on the homepage
  • Use the My Family module to manage and link your profile to those of your kids, spouse, or other household members.
  • Explore the Resources module, where you can quickly access various interesting articles and guides, such as our web page for new residents or the one for permits and certificates.
