Phase 2 of the architectural contest is drawing to a close. The four finalists will have the opportunity to present their projects to the jury on Tuesday, July 2, from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
Each finalist team will have 50 minutes to make their presentation and answer questions from the jury.
The event will be open to Beaconsfield residents as observers only.
Places are limited. Residents wishing to attend must present themselves at the registration table and certify that they have no connection with one or more of the finalists in the competition.
To allow each team to present their project without interruption, there will be no coming and going in the room. It will only be possible to enter or leave between the auditions of each finalist team, during the 10-minute break provided for this purpose.
Doors will close at 5 p.m. and reopen only during breaks.
Schedule for presentations :
- 4:45 to 5 p.m.: welcome and registration
- 5 to 5:50 p.m.: finalist no. 1
- 5:50 to 6 p.m.: 10-minute break
- 6 to 6.50 p.m.: finalist no. 2
- 6:50 to 7 p.m.: 10-minute break
- 7 to 7.50 p.m.: finalist no. 3
- 7:50 to 8 p.m.: 10-minute break
- 8 to 8.50 p.m.: finalist no. 4
- 8:50 to 9 p.m.: Closing remarks by the professional advisor
Presentations will be given in French. In accordance with the rules of the contest, live broadcasting is not permitted; the presentations will therefore be available on our website in the following days. English and French subtitles will be available for viewing.
