Home Services Environment and Public works Request for the tree selection list for planting in the municipal right-of-way

Request for the tree selection list for planting in the municipal right-of-way

As part of its annual tree planting program, Beaconsfield offers to its residents the opportunity to request and obtain a tree free of charge, planted fronting their property, on the portion of land belonging to the City. Trees will be planted in the fall.

Once the request has been received by the City, and inspector will verify the amount of room in the municipal right-of-way. If it is determined that there is sufficient space for a tree to be planted, a list of appropriate choices will be left in the applicant's mailbox with a QR code to a new form which will allow the applicant to indicate which tree species they would like planted.

The tree planting will be done by the City and take place in the fall.

The deadline to register is July 18, 2025.
